Filter Press Plate 40 Function in Machine
Working cycle in filter press machines with this type of plates is such that the hydraulic jack, which is connected to the movable plate, keep the plates of the filter press machine completely sealed. In this condition, slurry is injected into the filter press with pressure and in space between the plates, liquid passes through filter press cloth and then solidi particles are separated from the liquid and cake is formed. Then slurry injection is cut and plates are separated from each other and cake is discharged; above steps are repeated again.
