Filter press frame and plate 60 manufactured by Safi Sazan Safa Company comparing to other plates have less resistance and have been designed and supplied to the market sooner than other plates. These plates are of a hollow frame and a flat grooved plate. When the slurry is injected into the filter, the cake is formed inside the frame. Materials of these plates are Polypropylene, cast-iron, aluminum and/or steel. The cake thickness can reach to 80 mm.
Filtration area of this model is half of normal models, because it is placed one in between and filter cloth is installed only on plates.
