how it works? First, due to the different melting points of different stearins (fatty acid triglycerides), the crude oil is cooled in the crystallization tank at a low temperature, so that stearin with a high melting point can be crystallized. Then the oil is pumped into the diaphragm press filter. Inside the machine, the clear edible oil is drained through the filter cloth and the semi-solid stearin is blocked inside. After that, the membrane filter plates are inflated by high pressure compressed air. At the same time, the filter cakes are further compressed. In this way, the separation of the oil ends. Due to the high viscosity of stearin, it is necessary to use hot oil to wash the filter screen and filter cloth to regenerate the filter cloth.
